The Osprey's Golf Club at Belmont Bay – is an 18-hole public golf course located in Woodbridge, VA, in Prince William County, a southern suburb of Washington, DC. The Osprey’s incorporates the natural settings of the Occoquan River, a National Wildlife Refuge, and numerous environmentally-protected areas. The golf course currently measures 5577 yards at a par 70 with a course rating of 68.2 and a slope of 121.
Designed by Preston Caruthers and Architect Bob Mortensen, the course opened in the spring of 1997 and was re-configured in the year 2000 to its current layout. In May of 2005, a new clubhouse opened to include a spacious Golf Shop and the beautiful Banquet Facilities of Osprey’s Landing.
In 2009, the golf course received full Audubon Certification and continues to be rated as one of the “Top 100 Must Play” in the Mid-Atlantic region according to GolfStyles Magazine.
