The Osprey’s Open Golf Tournament

Saturday, May 14th
Tee Times Begin at 12:00 noon

• 18-hole Individual Stroke Play Event
• Divisions:
   o Gross Score
   o Net Score (must have established USGA Handicap)
   o Men
   o Ladies (must have at least 4 ladies registered)
   o Senior (must have at least 4 seniors registered)
   o Professional (must have at least 4 Professionals registered)
• Member Registration Fee = $25 and includes:
   o Golf
   o Cart
   o Prize Fund
• Public Registration Fee = $75 and includes:
   o Golf
   o Cart
   o Prize Fund
   o ONE REDUCED-RATE ($25) PRACTICE ROUND
     - (valid Mon 5/9/11 – Fri 5/13/11)
   o ONE FREE WEEKDAY ROUND CERTIFICATE
     - (expires 12/31/11)
     - Certificate will be issued following Tournament
• Registration Deadline – 5/8/11
